A French Culinary Institute Graduate that has been cooking non stop since 2003.  I have worked in kitchens in Manhattan & Long Island, learning and growing in the culinary industry.  I felt that I had finally found my niche in Italian cuisine.  After working around in several Italian restaurants, a great opportunity arose.   Grotta di Fuoco is my first chef/owner venture and I am super grateful for all those that helped me achieve this dream.
